1. Purpose and scope of the document

1.1. "Policy of FE Lebedeva Natalia V. (hereinafter also referred to as FE Lebedeva N.V.) regarding the processing of personal data" (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the position and intentions of the Company in the field of processing and protection of personal data, in order to respect and protect the rights and freedoms of each person and, in particular, the right to privacy, personal and family privacy, protection of their honor and good name.

1.2 The policy is strictly enforced by the heads and employees of all structural subdivisions and branches of N.V. Lebedeva's FE.

1.3 The Policy applies to all personal data of subjects processed in the Company with the use of automation means and without the use of such means.

1.4 Any subject of personal data has access to this Policy.

2. definitions

2.1 Personal data - any information related directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable individual (citizen). In other words, such information may include, in particular, such information: Name, year, month, date and place of birth, address, family, social and property status, education, profession, income, health and other information.

2.2 Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) with personal data performed with or without the use of automation means. Such actions (operations) may include: collection, receipt, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

3. The subjects of personal data of N.V. Lebedeva's FE processes personal data of the following persons:

N.V. Lebedeva's IP employees;
subjects with whom civil law contracts have been concluded;
candidates for the vacant positions of FE Lebedeva Natalia Vyacheslavovna;
clients of FE Lebedeva Natalia Vyacheslavovna;
registered users of the FE Lebedeva website Natalia Vyacheslavovna;
representatives of legal entities;
suppliers.

4. Principles and conditions of personal data processing

4.1. N.V. Lebedeva FE understands the security of personal data as protection of personal data from illegal or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions in respect of personal data and takes necessary legal, organizational and technical measures for the protection of personal data.

4.2 Processing and safety of the personal data in SP Lebedeva N.V. is carried out according to requirements of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal law № 152-FZ "About the personal data", the by-laws, other defining cases and features of processing of the personal data of federal laws of the Russian Federation, administrative and methodical documents FSTEC of Russia and FSB of Russia.

4.3 When processing personal data N.V. Lebedeva's FE adheres to the following principles:

Legality and fair basis;
limitation of personal data processing to achievement of specific, pre-defined and legal purposes;
Preventing the processing of personal data that is incompatible with the purposes of personal data collection;
Preventing the aggregation of databases containing personal data processed for purposes that are incompatible with each other;
processing of personal data that meet the purposes of their processing;
Compliance of the content.

4.4 N.V. Lebedeva's FE processes personal data only if at least one of the following conditions is met

processing of personal data is performed with the consent of the subject of personal data for the processing of his personal data;
Processing of personal data is necessary to achieve the purposes provided by the law, for the implementation and performance of the functions, powers and duties imposed by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the operator;
Processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract, the party to which either the beneficiary or guarantor is the subject of personal data, as well as for the conclusion of the contract at the initiative of the subject of personal data or the contract under which the subject of personal data will be the beneficiary or guarantor;
Processing of personal data is necessary to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Company or third parties or to achieve socially important goals, provided that the rights and freedoms of the subject of personal data are not violated;
Processing of personal data, access of an unlimited number of persons to whom is provided by the subject of personal data or at his request;
Processing of personal data subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with federal law.

4.5. N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur has the right to entrust processing of personal data of citizens to third parties on the basis of the contract concluded with these persons.

The persons who carry out processing of the personal data under the instruction of SP Lebedeva N.V., are obliged to observe principles and rules of processing and protection of the personal data provided by the Federal law № 152-FZ "About the personal data". For each person the list of actions (operations) with the personal data which will be made by the legal body which is carrying out processing of the personal data, the purposes of processing is defined, the duty of such person to observe confidentiality and to provide safety of the personal data at their processing is established, and also requirements to protection of the processed personal data are specified.

4.6 In cases established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur has the right to transfer personal data of citizens.

4.7 For the purpose of information support, the Company may create publicly available sources of personal data of employees, including directories and address books. Public sources of personal data may include the employee's surname, name, patronymic, date and place of birth, position, contact telephone numbers and e-mail address with the employee's consent. Information about the employee shall be excluded from public sources of personal data at any time at the request of the employee or by decision of the court or other authorized state bodies.

4.8. N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur shall destroy or depersonalize personal data upon achievement of processing objectives or in case of loss of necessity to achieve the processing objective.

5. Rights of the personal data subject

A citizen whose personal data is processed by N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur has the right:

to receive N.V. Lebedev's personal data from an individual entrepreneur:
confirmation of the fact of personal data processing by N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur;
legal grounds and purposes of personal data processing;
information on methods of personal data processing applied by N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur;
N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur's name and location;
information on persons who have access to personal data or to whom personal data can be disclosed on the basis of the contract with N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur or on the basis of the federal law;
The list of the processed personal data concerning the citizen from whom inquiry and a source of their reception has arrived, if other order of granting of such data is not provided by the federal law;
Data on terms of processing of the personal data, including about terms of their storage;
Data on an order of realisation by the citizen of the rights provided by the Federal law "About the personal data" № 152-FZ;
the information on carried out or prospective transboundary transfer of personal data;
Name and address of the person processing personal data on behalf of N.V. Lebedev's individual entrepreneur;
other data provided by the Federal Law "On Personal Data" № 152-FZ or other federal laws;
to demand specification of the personal data, their blocking or destruction in case the personal data are incomplete, out-of-date, inaccurate, illegally received or are not necessary for the declared purpose of processing;
Withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data;
to demand the elimination of illegal actions of N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur with regard to his personal data;
to appeal actions or inaction of IP Lebedeva N.V. in Federal service on supervision in sphere of communication, information technologies and mass communications (Roskomnadzor) or in a judicial order in case the citizen considers that IP Lebedeva N.V. carries out processing of his personal data with infringement of requirements of the Federal law No. 152-FZ "About the personal data" or otherwise breaks its rights and freedom;
On protection of the rights and legitimate interests, including on indemnification of losses and-or compensation of moral harm in a judicial order.

6. Responsibility
In case of non-fulfillment of the provisions of this Policy, N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur is liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

If an official request is sent to N.V. Lebedev's individual entrepreneur, it is necessary to indicate in the text of the request:

name;
number of the main identity document of the personal data subject or his representative, information on the date of issue of the document and the issuing authority;
information confirming your participation in the relationship with N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur or information otherwise confirming the fact of processing of personal data of N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur;
signature of the citizen (or his legal representative). If the inquiry goes in electronic form it should be issued in the form of the electronic document and signed by the electronic signature according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Information on implemented requirements to personal data protection

N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur in the process of personal data processing takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data.

In order to coordinate actions to ensure personal data security, N.V. Lebedeva's individual entrepreneur appointed persons responsible for ensuring personal data security.
